1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Boost My Reviews (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.boostbusiness.reviews and the services we provide.

By accessing the Site, purchasing a review pack, or using our Services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.

Definitions

• Service(s): The facilitation of connections between your Business and potential Reviewers to encourage the posting of genuine reviews on your Google Business Profile, as detailed in the purchased Review Pack.
• Review Pack: The specific package of Services purchased by you (e.g., Starter Boost, Momentum Builder, Impact Pack).
• Google Business Profile (GBP): Your business listing profile on Google platforms (Search, Maps).
• Reviewer: An independent third-party individual located in Australia who may voluntarily choose to post a review about a business on Google.
• Review: Content posted by a Reviewer on your GBP.

Description of Service

Boost My Reviews provides a service designed to facilitate connections between your Business and potential Reviewers within Australia. Our aim is to encourage the posting of genuine, voluntary feedback based on authentic interest or interactions relevant to your business type.

You acknowledge and agree that Boost My Reviews:

• Does not write, create, or author Reviews.
• Does not pay, bribe, or directly incentivize Reviewers specifically for writing reviews (though we may manage a network where participation is acknowledged generally).
• Does not guarantee that any Reviewer will post a Review.
• Does not guarantee that any posted Reviews will be positive or favourable.
• Does not guarantee the removal of existing negative Reviews.
• Does not have control over the content, timing (beyond the estimates provided), or permanency of Reviews posted on your GBP, which is governed by Google’s platform and policies.
• Does not guarantee any specific improvement in your search engine ranking, local SEO performance, or business revenue.

Our Service is focused solely on the ethical facilitation of connections to encourage authentic feedback

Client Obligations

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your Business, including your correct Business Name, address, category, and Google Business Profile details as requested.
• Ensure your Business and your Google Business Profile comply with all applicable laws and Google’s terms of service.
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordanceance with these Terms.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your Business or GBP information relevant to the Service.
• Not misuse the Service or attempt to manipulate the review process in any way that violates Google’s policies or applicable laws.

Ordering, Payment, and Refunds

• Ordering: Services are purchased via Review Packs available on our Site. Details and pricing for each pack are specified on the relevant pricing page.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
• Payment: Payment for Review Packs is due in full at the time of ordering via our secure third-party payment gateway. You agree to provide valid payment information.
• One-Off Purchase: Each Review Pack purchase is a one-off transaction for the specified Service. There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of the service involving upfront work in facilitating connections, payments for Review Packs are generally non-refundable once the service commencement process has begun (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation and successful information submission). Please contact us if you believe there are exceptional circumstances.

Service Delivery

• Timelines: We aim to commence the review facilitation process promptly after order confirmation and receipt of necessary business details. Estimated timelines for review posting (e.g., within 24 hours for single reviews, over approx. 7 days for packs) are good faith estimates and not guarantees, as posting depends on independent Reviewer actions and Google’s systems.
• Review Nature: You acknowledge that Reviews facilitated through our Service are the genuine, independent opinions of real people. We cannot control the specific content, sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative), or rating provided in any Review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Boost My Reviews or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE NUMBER, CONTENT, OR IMPACT OF ANY REVIEWS.
• OUR SERVICE RELIES ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (GOOGLE) AND THE ACTIONS OF INDEPENDENT REVIEWERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGES TO GOOGLE’S POLICIES OR ALGORITHMS, OR THE ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF REVIEWERS OR GOOGL

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOOST BUSINESS REVIEWS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING REVIEWERS OR GOOGLE) ON OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES; (c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BOOST BUSINESS REVIEWS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC REVIEW PACK GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRECEDING SIX (6) MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boost My Reviews and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may cease using the Service at any time; however, payments are generally non-refundable as per Section 5.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations, including Google’s terms of service and policies regarding reviews.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NSW, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, NSW.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. If a dispute arises, we hope to resolve it amicably through negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of NSW, Australia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect, likely by posting on our Site. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
